‘Tis The Season To Rock n Roll

While we wait for those Christmas party invitations to come flooding in (we hope!), it’s always a good idea to plan your outfits ahead of time to save that last minute ‘I have NOTHING to wear!’ panic that we’re all too familiar with. 

Buying a few essential party items now that you can mix and match with ease will mean that by the time it gets to the midst of the party season, you’ll find yourself picking the perfect outfit from your wardrobe in approximately 10 seconds!

I teamed up with Topshop to style my favourite items from their new collection for a perfect Christmas party outfit. Topshop have brought to us some fabulous trends for the festive season, my favourites including feathers and velvet.

I went for a grunge/rock n roll look, glammed up with feather heeled sandals and a metal sequinned bag to keep it feminine. And what would a Christmas party be without a statement red lip?

It was love at first sight with these pretty feathered sandals! They soften the feel of the outfit and add a little elegance.

I’m head over heels for this leather biker. Although there are so many out on the high street, it’s hard to find a decent leather jacket. They can all too often look shiny and plasticy. This one however has a vintage feel to it, thanks to the washed leather.
